George Shorthouse is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who holds an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from City, University of London and a B.A. (Hons.) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
George currently works as a Trainee Actuary in London and is actively pursuing his actuarial qualifications (IFoA). Given that exams are a major focus of his professional life, George has a deep understanding of effective study techniques and exam preparation.
His main academic passion is mathematics, and he is dedicated to helping students improve their numerical skills for school exams, university admissions (including entrance exams), or interview preparation. As a Graduate Coach, George takes a calm, structured, and supportive approach, tailoring each session to the student’s goals and learning style, and prioritizing the breakdown of complex ideas into clear, manageable steps to build confidence alongside competence.
