Raymond (Ray) Crouch is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep and an Ivy League alumnus of Yale University. With a decade of experience as an editor, educator, and communications professional, Ray brings a uniquely multidisciplinary and global perspective to the admissions process.
Ray’s professional background is rooted in editorial precision and strategic storytelling. As an English Editor for MDPI, he manages rigorous scientific manuscripts, a skill he translates into helping students refine their personal statements and research proposals. He has a proven track record as an educational consultant, guiding international students through the complexities of U.S. college admissions, including SAT/ACT/TOEFL preparation and curriculum development.
Beyond the classroom, Ray has spent six years as a nonprofit Project Manager, securing grants and leading environmental and artistic initiatives. This “real-world” experience in grant writing and project coordination allows him to help students articulate their academic visions with clarity and impact.
