About Rebecca

Rebecca Sparacio is a graduate of Cornell University, where she earned a BA in Literatures in English and Government, with minors in Comparative Literature and Law & Society. While at Cornell, she served as an opinion columnist for The Cornell Daily Sun, completed an honors thesis in the English department, and worked as a Speaking Group Leader with Cornell’s English Language Support Office.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Rebecca has pursued opportunities at the intersection of law, literature, and service. After graduating, she spent two years in business services roles at a law firm, and on the side, developed and taught creative writing workshops for women impacted by domestic violence. These experiences have strengthened her communication skills, empathy, and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

As a Graduate Coach, Rebecca has advised students throughout the college admissions process, helping them develop authentic personal statements and navigate competitive application seasons. She enjoys mentoring students as they discover and articulate their unique stories, believing that every individual has compelling experiences worth sharing. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to adapt her approach to each student’s individual goals, strengths, and aspirations.
