Priya Mohan Raj is a Graduate Coach at InGenius Prep with a background in science, neuroscience, and regenerative medicine. She holds a Distinction-level MSc in Stem Cell and Regenerative Therapies from King’s College London and a BSc in Human Neuroscience from the University of Birmingham. Professionally, she works in healthcare strategy and project management at the British Society for Heart Failure, where she collaborates with senior clinicians, healthcare organisations, and pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Abbott across research, policy, education, and communications.
Priya has supported students and young people through academic, university, and career decisions, with a particular focus on helping them build confidence, recognise their strengths, and communicate their experiences effectively. Through her work with Causeway, she has supported students from underrepresented and ethnic minority backgrounds with university applications, helping them strengthen their personal statements and work toward places at leading universities including Imperial College London, UCL, and King’s College London. She has also supported students through school and careers mentoring, academic tutoring, and undergraduate mentoring at King’s College London. During her Master’s, she worked across scientific research, commercial strategy, and healthcare innovation, including projects focused on translating regenerative medicine ideas from bench to market, and achieved top marks in investor pitch and business planning projects.
As a Graduate Coach, Priya enjoys helping students connect their academic interests with future opportunities, whether they are considering university, postgraduate study, internships, or graduate careers. She is especially passionate about supporting students interested in science and medicine, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals, and draws on her own path from the lab to the wider healthcare landscape to help students see where their interests can lead.
