Brandon Wen is a Graduate Coach with more than eight years of experience leading admissions counseling teams, building operational processes, coaching consultants, and advising students applying to leading universities worldwide.
Brandon has led multidisciplinary teams of consultants, tutors, and academic coaches, designing consultant training programs and quality standards and taking senior oversight of complex student and family cases. Earlier he advised students applying across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Singapore, and Australia as a Senior Admissions Consultant, and ran admissions consulting operations and tutoring programs as a Senior Admissions Manager. His work spans undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, law, medical, and scholarship admissions.
That combination of frontline advising and team leadership shapes how Brandon works with families. As a Graduate Coach, he builds admissions strategies around the specific programs a student is targeting, and he brings the same attention to process and follow-through that he applies to the teams he manages.
