Claire is a Former Admissions Officer at InGenius Prepwith more than 15 years of
experience in highly selective admissions and higher education leadership. Her
career has been rooted in the front lines of U.S. elite university admissions.
She served as an admissions officer at the University of Pennsylvania, where she
focused on computer science applicants and developed a sharp understanding
of how candidates are evaluated in one of the most competitive fields. She also
led the alumni interview program at Columbia University, managing the
structure of the program and setting evaluation standards. She has also held
the role of Assistant Dean at the Rotman School of Management at the
University of Toronto, contributing to admissions strategy and broader talent
selection initiatives.
In addition to her admissions work, Claire has extensive teaching experience,
including teaching English abroad and working with students across a wide
range of age groups. She establishes trust quickly and develops a clear,
nuanced understanding of each student’s strengths and trajectory. Her advising
