About D’Andre

D’André Carr is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

D’André brings experience in admissions advising, talent strategy, and leadership development, most recently as Vice President and Diversity Strategist at D. E. Shaw & Co., where he focused on inclusion and the talent experience for the firm’s workforce. As a Graduate Coach, he helps applicants connect their academic interests, professional experience, and long-term goals into one coherent, authentic application.
