Haytham Hamodi is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep, based in London, UK. Originally from Germany, Haytham moved to the UK when he was young and went on to receive his undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, Peterhouse. During his time at Cambridge, he was involved in several mentoring and outreach programs to aid prospective students with their applications to university. As part of the Cambridge University Islamic Society, he also provided 1-to-1 support to students with their applications, particularly personal statement and Architecture portfolio advice.
Being a Peterhouse Representative (PetRep), Haytham advised prospective applicants on studying at Cambridge through Q&A sessions and subject-specific talks, led tours of the college grounds and provided insight to students and teachers regarding life at Cambridge. Upon graduation, he began tutoring international students with motivations to study Architecture in the UK. This included lesson planning, as well as application guidance, personal statement drafting, pre-interview assessment / interview practice and portfolio drafting.
Haytham greatly enjoys the college prep process, as it allows him to connect with students 1-on-1 and provide mentorship in a meaningful way. Some of Haytham’s students have gone on to receive offers from Russel Group universities. With experience working in the built environment industry, Haytham is able to provide more in-depth and up-to-date guidance to prospective students. At InGenius, he works with an array of students with various interests, and aids them in achieving their goals.
