Jenny Zhang is a Graduate Coach who is deeply passionate about creating supportive, accessible environments that help students grow with confidence and reach their full academic and personal potential. Jenny currently works with the Harvard College Student Employment Office, where she coordinates student engagement initiatives, supports major campus events, and facilitates crucial communications between students, employers, and university staff. Her daily presence within the Harvard ecosystem gives her a vibrant, real-time understanding of what it takes for students to engage successfully with elite university resources and campus opportunities.
Prior to her work at Harvard, Jenny served as a Program Leader at Arc After School. In this role, she mentored students from highly diverse backgrounds, designing creative activities and group programs tailored to individual learning needs. This foundational experience sharpened her ability to connect with students adaptively, establish positive learning spaces, and foster a strong sense of community belonging.
As a Graduate Coach, Jenny utilizes a holistic and collaborative approach to counseling. She excels at helping applicants build self-assurance and structure their student profiles effectively.
