Rainer Yeo is a Graduate Coach currently pursuing a Master of Geoscience in Mining and Exploration Geology at Curtin University, after completing his BA in Natural Sciences with a specialization in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
Rainer possesses a diverse professional background, having worked as a geologist and representative for Trigteq LLC across Australia, Mongolia, and the UK. His expertise spans geological modeling, client relations, HR, marketing, administration, and market analysis, including internships at OM Materials in Singapore.
His experience extends beyond industry roles. Rainer has conducted award-winning research on the aqueous geochemistry of Thailand’s Tapi River and led research projects on the biodegradation of plastics and pesticides in Singapore. He has extensive tutoring experience, mentoring students in A-level Math, Biology, Chemistry, and English. He also taught conversational English professionally in Mongolia and spearheaded a peer tutoring initiative that helped struggling students improve their academic performance. Rainer uses his previous experience to help students navigate the admissions process with ease.
