Srividya Maganti is a Graduate Coach at InGenius Prep. She graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2023 with an interdisciplinary degree in Social Studies, writing a master’s-level thesis on democratic institutions and political communication and working across cultural organizations, the Institute of Politics, and faculty research assistantships.
Srividya has built a wide-ranging professional background across public interest law, political campaigns, public policy research, journalism, and environmental advocacy, giving her a close understanding of how people think, communicate, and engage with ideas. She brings extensive one-on-one experience as a tutor and mentor, helping K-12 and adult students strengthen their writing and academic skills, and has informally guided students through the college application process, from essay development to identifying meaningful extracurricular opportunities.
As a Graduate Coach, Srividya believes strong applications start with a genuine understanding of who a student is, what motivates them, and what they hope to contribute, and she works to help students explore their intellectual interests and make thoughtful, strategic decisions about academics and extracurriculars.
