Isaac Schuchat is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep and also served as an Admissions Officer for Bowdoin College. At Bowdoin, he read thousands of applications and made highly selective admissions decisions, trained interviewers, conducted interviews, planned yield events, and managed student employees.
As a Former Admissions Officer, Isaac most enjoys connecting with students and turning a potentially stressful process into an exciting experience of self-discovery. He approaches his work with a warm and friendly attitude to help students find a mutual best-fit school and curate an authentic application. He has worked with many different kinds of students including transfer and athletes.
Isaac is also a Bowdoin alumnus, with a BA in Government and Legal Studies and Environmental Studies, with a focus in fisheries policy. Outside of admissions, he has worked for an ocean conservation non-profit, a land trust, and a fly fishing manufacturer.
