Alexander Einarsson is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep with a background in mathematics and computer science. After starting his undergraduate career at College of San Mateo, he transferred to Amherst College where he earned his BA in Mathematics and Computer Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Alexander then earned his MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University and is currently working on finishing his dissertation.
Alexander has worked with students consistently for the past 15 years. He worked as a substitute teacher in Sweden, a tutor and teaching assistant in math and computer science during his undergraduate career, and a research mentor as a graduate student. Notably, in addition to mentoring students, he also spent several years as part of the admissions team for the Masters in Artificial Intelligence program while at Northwestern University.
While at Northwestern, Alexander researched safety in artificial intelligence, and was a member of the Center for Advancing Safety in Machine Intelligence, where he explored how artificial intelligence could be developed in a manner that augments humanity while minimizing its potential for harm.
As a Graduate Coach, Alexander takes the experience he gained from years of teaching, tutoring, and working with admissions to help students reach their potential, starting with finding schools that suit their personal interests and goals as well as their ambitions.
