Cassandra is a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep who has a career rooted in the prestigious Seven Sisters environment. After beginning her journey in the admissions office at Barnard College, she rose to become the Assistant Director of Admission at Wellesley College. During her tenure, she personally reviewed thousands of applications from domestic and international candidates, gaining a high-level understanding of what elite liberal arts colleges value in their incoming classes.
At Wellesley, Cassandra was a key member of the international and QuestBridge teams, where she specialized in recruiting and selecting high-achieving students from diverse and under-resourced backgrounds. She also served as the alumnae volunteer coordinator and led the college’s virtual open house and access series, giving her a unique perspective on how institutional outreach and alumnae networks influence the selection process.
