Hi! I am a Former Admissions Officer with InGenius Prep, living in Boston, MA. I started my career in higher education as an Admissions Officer at MIT. In this role, I read applications from students living all over the U.S. and Asia and participated in the selection committee. It was a privilege to get to know students with such different backgrounds and life stories. There are some applications I know I will never forget and my time reading taught me firsthand how important it is for students to effectively tell their story in their applications. I enjoy working with students to help them identify schools that are the right fit for them and to express what makes them who they are in their submissions.
I received my B.A. in Sociology from Northeastern University and then my JD from Boston College Law School. I also hold a MEd in Higher Education from Harvard University. Having applied to my fair share of higher education institutions, I know how overwhelming the process can feel. As the first in my family to apply to a selective institution, I am excited to work with students to simplify the process and make it feel more manageable.
When I’m not working you will find me binge watching Netflix with my husband or cuddling with our cat, Meeko.
