I earned my BA in English Literature, summa cum laude, and my PhD from Princeton University’s Department of Comparative Literature where I now teach.
I am a passionate and dedicated teacher with a broad range of pedagogical experiences: since 2010, I have led a diverse array of Language and Philosophy courses at Princeton, taught college-level English and writing in the New Jersey State prison system, and successfully tutored students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. What I love most about being a teacher is demonstrating to my students that, despite what they might have been told or believe about themselves, every human being has the capacity to improve through learning.
In my spare time, I enjoy working out, visiting art museums and other cultural institutions, finding new and interesting foods to eat, exploring urban America, and spending time with my family and friends.
