Francesca Dasso is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in Peru. She has a fascination for human growth, choices, and storytelling. She is particularly drawn to moments of change, where she helps others find clarity.
Having lived and studied in different countries, Francesca understands the complexities of navigating diverse systems, cultures, languages, and expectations. This experience has shaped her thoughtful, strategic, and human-centered approach to her work.
Her academic path has woven through economics, development studies, documentary media, and new media. She has collaborated with universities, creative studios, and social projects, always seeking the intersection where data meets intuition and structure meets soul. Her work is driven by a love for consciousness, systems thinking, and the belief in the transformative power of honest storytelling.
As a Graduate Coach, Francesca doesn’t offer one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, she listens closely, asks meaningful questions, and helps individuals build structures that foster openness rather than confinement. Her work focuses on helping others trust their voice and move forward with intention.
Her professional experience includes leadership roles in communication and innovation strategy at Peppermint, project management at Grupo Fe, UNDP / United Nations, and Lutheran World Relief. She has also served as a Senior Consultant at Anglo American and a Project Director at CAD Citizens Today, focusing on BI platform design for public innovation. Additionally, she has experience in executive coaching at Hunt Oil and strategic design research with IDEO Shanghai at La Victoria Lab. Francesca is also faculty at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), teaching digital media, strategy, and transmedia storytelling.
