Gary Yeritsian is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from UCLA and a B.A. in History from the University of Southern California. Gary has extensive teaching and mentorship experience, having served as an instructor at prestigious institutions including UCLA, Pomona College, Pitzer College, and the University of Minnesota.
His academic expertise covers a broad spectrum of themes, including sociological theory, economics and politics, culture, and digital media. A prolific researcher, Gary has been published in several peer-reviewed outlets such as Critical Sociology, the Journal of Consumer Culture, and The Blackwell Encyclopedia of Social and Political Movements.
Throughout his career, Gary has mentored dozens of domestic and international students, guiding them through research projects, independent studies, and the transition to graduate programs in medicine, law, and other professional fields. As a Graduate Coach, he is dedicated to helping mentees identify and pursue paths that align with their unique competencies, interests, and ambitions.
