Geofrey Oteng Phutietsile is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep who is currently completing his PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology at the University of Bath. His research focuses on modelling anticholinergic burden in older adults using pharmacoepidemiologic data, with particular attention to drug properties, machine learning, and functional outcomes such as cognition and mobility. His academic journey has been marked by a deep commitment to research that bridges pharmacology and public health.
He holds an MRes in Research Methods in Neuroscience from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Neuroscience from University College London. Geofrey has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented his work internationally, and contributed to the academic community as a peer reviewer for journals such as BMC Geriatrics and JAMA Network Open. As a Graduate Coach, his diverse experience from lab demonstration, data analysis, and scientific communication equips him with a versatile and student-centered approach to mentoring.
Outside of academia, Geofrey is passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. He brings a grounded, empathetic, and curious mindset to his coaching, believing in the power of thoughtful guidance and strategic planning.
