Gloria Gerhardt is a Graduate Coach who specializes in international public policy, multilateral affairs, and competitive global scholarships. Gloria’s academic pedigree is highly international, spanning premier institutions across the United States and Europe. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mannheim, a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). As a first-generation university student, she mastered the complexities of global admissions and funding, securing prestigious scholarships from both the DAAD and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
Professionally, Gloria is an Associate at the Tony Blair Institute, where she works directly with the Government of Guatemala to advise on policy delivery and strategic institutional reform. Her career in international development includes high-impact roles at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Peru, an international NGO in Washington, D.C., and academic research at the Hertie School. Gloria is completely fluent in four languages—English, German, French, and Spanish—giving her an exceptional cross-cultural vantage point.
