With an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he was a scholar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Justice’s background reflects his commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and impactful work.
Justice’s journey includes co-directing the Africa Business Forum at Oxford, a flagship event focused on Africa’s economic development. He participated in the Skoll Centre Impact Lab, honing his leadership and storytelling skills, and the Oxford Saïd Finance Lab, where he refined his financial expertise. As an undergraduate, Justice earned first-class honors, placing him among the top 3% of his class.
Professionally, Justice has led high-impact projects in over 18 countries, including creating climate deal pipelines worth $30 billion, driving clean energy initiatives, and leading governance restructuring. He has hands-on experience in social responsibility efforts and has worked as a fixed income analyst and equity researcher.
