About Laura Schadler

Laura Schadler is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in San Francisco with over twenty years of admissions coaching experience. Laura grew up in Virginia, studied filmmaking at Bard College, and earned her MFA in writing from California College of the Arts. She is also published writer whose work has been featured on KQED and earned her a MacDowell Fellowship, a prestigious award given to artists. As a writing expert, Laura excels at application essay editing, focusing on providing thorough and easily understandable feedback.

As a Graduate Coach, Laura has provided individualized college preparation and admissions support to hundreds of students. Laura’s creative and strategic approach encourages young people to find their voice and tell their stories; her clients consistently gain admission to top-ranking schools, including Stanford, Cornell, Brown, MIT, Dartmouth, Georgetown, and Cambridge, among many others.

At InGenius Prep, Laura focuses on assisting students through their college prep process, drawing upon her years of experience as a coach to provide customized strategies to develop their profiles and applications.
