Lindsey Kundel is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep based in Iowa. She has a diverse background with over 15 years of experience across education, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. She also earned several Master’s degrees: an MA/MBA in Strategic Communication and Business from the University of Iowa, an MA in School Leadership from Columbia University, Teachers College, and an MA in International Education from SUNY Buffalo State.
Lindsey has worked in various educational settings, including public, independent, international, and religious schools. Her roles have included tutor, teacher, instructional coach, and director of communications and marketing. Most recently, she served as Director of Communications at a leading international school in Taipei, where she also taught English and journalism.
In addition to her academic credentials, Lindsey is a certified English and journalism teacher (Illinois), a licensed principal (District of Columbia), and a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). Her background in storytelling, strategy, and student support enables her to help students craft compelling applications that reflect their strengths and values.
As a Graduate Coach, Lindsey brings her passion for languages (she speaks English, Portuguese and a working knowledge of Italian, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese), as well as her love of wellness and education to her role. Her expertise in storytelling and her passions are an asset to each of her students.
