Natalie Davidson is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep and a second-year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she has been recognized with the Dean’s Fellow Merit Scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colby College, graduating magna cum laude with a BA in Government and a minor in English, earning Phi Beta Kappa honors and completing an honors thesis examining political participation and social media. Beyond the classroom, she served as Club Leader of the Best Buddies chapter at Colby — an early expression of the mentorship instincts she brings to every student she works with today.
Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a litigation paralegal at Ropes & Gray, LLP in Washington, D.C., where she supported attorneys across a wide range of complex healthcare matters. Beyond traditional paralegal responsibilities, she was directly responsible for training new hires and developing resources to streamline their onboarding into a fast-moving litigation environment — experience that sharpened her ability to break down complex systems into clear, actionable steps for those just entering the field.
At Penn Carey Law, Natalie serves as Vice President of the Criminal Law Association, the 1L Representative for the Criminal Record Expungement Project, and a member of the Environmental Legal Project, as she pursues her career in litigation. As a Graduate Coach, having navigated both selective undergraduate admissions and the highly competitive law school application process, she brings a practical, firsthand understanding of what it takes to make a meaningful impression on paper and beyond — and uses this knowledge to help students craft compelling personal narratives, sharpen their analytical writing, and approach the admissions process with strategy and clarity.
