Rondeline Williams is a Graduate Coach with InGenius Prep and a quantitative research scientist who uses data to answer a wide range of questions. She brings this analytical approach to college and graduate admissions, helping students identify their strengths and present compelling, evidence-based narratives. She earned her B.A. with distinction from Cornell University, where she was involved in undergraduate admissions programming for underrepresented students.
Rondeline went on to earn both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University. During her doctoral training, she served on the Psychology Ph.D. admissions committee for two admissions cycles and gained firsthand experience evaluating applications in a highly selective admissions environment. She was also awarded the Zimbardo Teaching Prize in recognition of her excellence in teaching and mentorship of undergraduate students.
Throughout her academic career, Rondeline has mentored dozens of students on research, academic and career planning, and the graduate school application process. As a researcher, she has designed and led research projects, published scholarly work, and helped students develop the skills needed to achieve their academic goals.
As a Graduate Coach, Rondeline helps applicants identify their interests, clarify their goals, and craft application narratives that are both authentic and uniquely their own. She believes the strongest applications emerge when students develop a clear understanding of who they are, what motivates them, and how they hope to make an impact in the future.
